Fr. Mark Bayrock is the pastor of this parish. He has been a priest for 30 years, and knows a lot about yo-yos (the toy, not the people). He is fun loving and is known for his sporty car and techno-gadgets.
Fr. Bo Nahachewsky is a Saskatchewan Roughrider fan. If you don’t like it, complain to God (Who is also a Rider fan). Originally from Saskatoon, Fr. Bo was ordained a deacon in 2002, and a priest in the Edmonton Eparchy in 2003, and has studied iconography since 1995 (consecrated an Church Iconographer in 2002). He is married with 3 children, a budgie, a pile of fish, and countless dust bunnies.
SISTER SERVANTS OF MARY IMMACULATE (SSMI):
Sister Laura serves both our parish and our sister parish (Assumption – Calgary). She is often found in the Hospitals, Nursing Homes and with the Shut-ins. In addition to this, she prays with our community and is involved with several of our organizations.
Sister Yvonne Kabay, SSMI
Sr. Yvonne is a fun loving nun. She works with special needs kids in schools, and helps us out with our youth programming. You should see her dance the bird dance… she is good.
If you asked Teri to juggle three balls in the air, she would have a hard time coordinating them. But throw her a multitude of questions, requests, phone calls, emails, invoices, meetings or events to plan and away she goes. Just don’t throw those three balls into the mix. Keeping track of two priests is enough fun!
Marilyn the Catechetical Puppet
Marilyn the Catechetical Puppet, was originally created for our beloved Bishop when he was a young priest. Although not ordained in any way, Marilyn often helps Fr. Bo preach and plays a prominent role in the parish. If Marilyn ever grows up she would like to become an astronaut or a puppy.
